  • I would kindly ask you to give me at least 24 hours notice. However, this could depend on the type of service you are looking for.

  • There is some information that I will need you to provide me with prior your shoot. This includes example images, a shot list and some more technical information, but I’ll explain everything to you when you book in.

  • I usually tend to hand in the client images in 1-2 weeks time after the photoshoot. However, this will depend on how many images I will have to retouch and what kind of service you require.

  • Your photos will be sent to you via a WeTransfer or MyAirBridge link, where you will be able to download them. The link will be provided to you once you have fully paid the amount for the type of service you requested.

  • The download link of your images will be valid for 14 days. However, I will keep a back-up copy at the studio for up to three months. This is a safety measure in case you misplace them, or in case you won’t be able to download these until the link expire.

  • I do offer a free amendments’ policy which guarantee that if the issue is from my end, I will rectify it free of charge in less than a week time.

  • Due to the shortage of store space in the studio, I can only store your product for up to 2 weeks after your shoot. After that time, you will have to pay a storage charge of £5 per day, which it will have to be paid upfront returning the products to you. Furthermore, if you fail to decide what you want me to do with the product, and it's already been more than 4 weeks from the photoshoot I will inform you about their disposal.

  • Depending on the nature of the products, I can organize a next day delivery for you on request, and this is payable upfront. However, If the post office or other collection point will refuse to process your parcel due to various reasons, I will inform you about the issue. Furthermore, in this case, I will kindly ask you to provide me with a return label and a dropoff location.

  • It is in your rights to research the market, and you will always be able to find cheaper, but cheaper don’t always mean better. I pride with what my creativity, skills and gear can offer to my clients. It took me more than 7 years to work on the flow I have now and posses the knowledge I have now. I am a hard-working man with a creative mind and a keen eye for details. I value myself and my time. In short, clients who value my skills don't argue on prices. As such, I don’t price match.

  • Clients are requested to pay 20% of the total amount as a booking fee. The outstanding amount will have to be paid ahead of receiving any final images. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION THE 20% REPRESENTING THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • You can pay by cash, debit or credit card. Your invoice will be sent online via email.
